Is requesting a roofing quote free?
Yes. RooferDirectory does not charge you to submit a request, and you are under no obligation to hire. Any inspection, diagnostic visit or roofing work is a separate service. Confirm fees with the contractor before booking.
Who will receive my information?
RooferDirectory receives your request. With your permission, we may share your project and contact details with roofing contractors in your area so they can follow up by phone or email. The single consent checkbox explains how RooferDirectory may contact you by call, email or SMS about your request and roofing products, services and offers. Text messaging is not active yet; our future SMS terms explain how a launched program would work. You can also browse the directory without submitting your contact details.
Will I get an instant roof price or a confirmed appointment?
No. This form sends a request for review; it does not produce a price, book a visit or confirm a contractor. Availability and responses vary. A roofer will need to discuss the project and may need to inspect or measure the roof before quoting.
Can I request a roof repair estimate if I’m not sure what is wrong?
Yes. Choose the closest option or “Something else / not sure.” Describe what you have noticed, such as a leak or missing shingles. You do not need to know the roof’s size, material or the cause of the problem to start.
What if I need help with an active leak?
This request form is not an emergency dispatch service. For urgent roof help, contact a local roofer directly and confirm availability. Avoid climbing onto a wet or damaged roof. If there is immediate danger, contact emergency services.
How should I compare roofing quotes?
Compare the same scope of work, materials, removal, cleanup and warranties. Ask about permits, payment terms and how hidden damage is priced. Check current insurance, references and any required license before hiring.
